when choosing files, www/copyright-release.html. 3 buttons are visible download,shun,txt pressing text gives 4 buttons download,hex,html,shun this should be download, hex, shun, html. Normally the last button is a "Toggle" but no I pressed by accident the shun button

The sub menu for an administrative user when showing an html file gives Download, Shun, Text when changing to Text the sub menu becomes Download, Hex, Html, Shun I would expect Download, Shun, Hex, Html So that the right button keeps switching between Html and Text However fossil sorts it sub menu and it will be alphabetical and thus Shun will be last..
